Responsible gaming
No odds are worth your wellbeing. This page gathers the principles, tools and contacts that protect the player.
The game must remain a pleasure
Sports betting is a leisure activity, not a source of income. Only play with money you can do without, set time and budget limits before you play, and stick to them. Never gamble under the influence of emotion or alcohol, or to 'win it back'.
Warning signs
Staking more than planned, hiding your gambling from loved ones, borrowing to play, intrusive thoughts about gambling, neglecting work or family: these signs should raise the alarm. The earlier they are identified, the easier it is to act.
Tools available to you
Every ANJ-licensed operator must offer: adjustable deposit and stake limits, a display of your losses and winnings, temporary or permanent self-exclusion, and playing-time moderators. You may also request registration on the national gambling-ban file directly with the ANJ — the ban then applies across all licensed operators.
Free, anonymous help
Joueurs Info Service listens to, informs and guides players and their relatives, 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. (France).

The National Gaming Authority (ANJ)
The ANJ regulates the French gambling market. Its website publishes the register of licensed operators, the voluntary gambling-ban procedure and numerous prevention resources.
Protection of minors
Gambling is prohibited for minors. This site, like every licensed operator, is strictly reserved for people aged 18 and over. If minors have access to your device, consider parental-control software.
